Le Palaie Farmhouse lies in the heart of the Alta Val d’Era, surrounded by over 150 hectares of rich farmland and unspoiled countryside, the building is in perfect harmony with the scenery and the spirit of the area.
Close your eyes and imagine spending time relaxing by the pool, in the vineyards and olive groves in an ideal climate with all the creature comforts you could desire to hand. In the background stands a 17th century manor house that has been renovated with great taste and discretely fitted with all modern conveniences. The historical manor house is divided into seven large apartments with accommodation available in another four independent houses and a delightful room. It has been conceived to ensure all our guests have the utmost privacy, whether they are families, couples or groups of friends.
An estate immersed in nature
The name Le Palaie comes from the original estate as recorded in the land registry.
It covers 150 hectares of which 20 are inhabited and 19 have high-quality vineyards. There are an additional 3 hectares of arable land for the fauna and insect fauna to help preserve and repopulate the environment, and 20 hectares of poplar woods. Huge areas are given over to that typical Tuscan agriculture: olive groves.
This is the setting for the Farmhouse, the cellar, the guest accommodation and areas for events and receptions.
In Le Palaie everyone can find their own corner of paradise, a place that will always be in their heart.
This is no mere tasting but the overall assessment of a range of sensory perception, sight to begin with, smelling the bouquet in discovery and finally the infinite pleasure of tasting an excellent wine.
